The staff here really went above and beyond, especially Mr Khan who was all over the place making sure we were comfortable and even sent a cake for my anniversary. The snorkeling trip was nothing short of amazing , the clarity of the water and the vibrant sea life made the entire experience unforgettable.

It was pricey , but for the level of service , I’d say it was worth it.

The breakfast buffet stood out as one of the best I've encountered, showcasing a delightful variety that pleased everyone in the family. However, additional seating in common areas would enhance comfort, especially during busy hours, and the layout could better facilitate access to all amenities.

The check-in process was a nightmare. I felt rushed and unimportant when the staff told me to step aside for other guests, although I’d already waited too long. There were no accommodations for my mother, who is recovering from cancer, and the whole situation was disappointing. The room had poor air quality and lacked basic facilities like an exhaust fan, making it an uncomfortable stay.

The beautiful architecture and spacious lobby made me feel welcomed like a royal. The pools were accessible, allowing me to enjoy them without strain. Everything was so well-managed and clean, truly enhancing my relaxing experience.

More seating in common areas would be helpful.

the customer service at sheraton is outstanding! from the moment we arrived, everyone greeted us with warm smiles. the king room with a balcony offered an amazing ocean view, and the nearby dining options were fantastic. the chef was particularly attentive, making our meals memorable.

We loved the beautiful courtyard view from our spacious room and the amazing breakfast that got our mornings off to a great start. The beach access was perfect for relaxation, and we enjoyed the outdoor pool for some family fun. The beach was a bit small and steep, but it didn't take away from our wonderful time. just pack light and enjoy! 😊

Clean room, attentive staff. I enjoyed the relaxing vibe in their Buhi Bar and appreciated the late check-out until 4 PM, along with the convenient airport access just 5 km away.

I recently stayed at Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort for 4 nights, and it was an unforgettable experience! The King Room with Balcony and Ocean View was spectacular, offering breathtaking views each morning. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making every moment enjoyable. I particularly loved the relaxing massage I received and the special meal prepared by the chef to accommodate my dietary needs. Mr Khan, the manager, even surprised me with a cake for Eid, which was a lovely touch. Swimming at the beach and snorkeling off the coast added to the adventure!

Great spacious hotel with awesome ocean views, but room service was inconsistent.

Had an amazing 1-night stay! The Buhi Bar was such a cool spot to unwind, and the spa treatment was heavenly. Plus, they accommodated my late check-out, so nice!

Super chill solo stay!

Had the best staycation! The vibe was super relaxing, and the staff were on point with their friendliness. The massage at the spa was just what I needed. Plus, I enjoyed grabbing a drink at the cozy bar. Just wish the Wi-Fi worked better in my room, but other than that, everything was great!
